Marilyn Momeny

Would you like to soar to new heights in your life?  My coaching practice focuses on empowering female business leaders to expand their influence, strengthen their leadership skills and enhance their personal power.  This helps them to drive personal and organizational transformation.

In my 30+ years as a Human Resources executive in Fortune 300 companies such as ADP, ITT Corporation, and Exelis Inc., I developed a proven track record of aligning teams, implementing organizational change and coaching individuals to improved performance.  I also worked with smaller private companies such as Hawthorne Savings, Gore Graphics and Digital Insight, both as an employee and a consultant. In 2016, I became an entrepreneur.  My husband and I built Escapes in Time, Inc., a live adventure escape room featuring six varied escape games.  We sold the profitable business in 2022.

I hold the ACC coaching certification from the International Coaching Federation as well as being a Hudson Institute Certified Coach. I received B.A. and M.S. degrees in Education from the University of Utah.

In my spare time, I enjoy pottery, puzzles and politics.  My husband and I have six children and 10 grandchildren which bring great joy to our life!
